Overview

In this role, you’ll lead electrical engineering projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on EPC energy projects, including sales, cost estimation, project scope definition, risk mitigation, and client communications. Responsibilities

•

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure strict adherence to timelines, cost controls and technical specifications, industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

•

Coordinate project teams, including electrical engineers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

•

Conduct regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables

•

Handle project-related invoicing and contract management, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments

•

Oversee the procurement of materials, resources, and equipment needed for project execution

•

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth and development within the team

Skills

•

3+ years of experience managing electrical engineering projects, with a strong focus on EPC energy projects

•

An electrical background as an engineer or technologist with relevant field experience

•

PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification (including in progress) is a plus

•

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards (e.g., CEC, IEC, IEEE)

•

Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)

•

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in an engineering environment

•

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and adaptability skills in dynamic environments

•

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
