This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where engineering meets business. Our Detroit manufacturing location is already recognized for expertise in power factor correction and harmonic mitigation. We’re looking for a proven electrical engineer to:

- Lead a small team of existing staff to greater success

- As a technical expert you would be the trusted advisor customers and staff rely on

- Grow customer relationships and business opportunities

- Oversee branch operations and set direction for the division

- Deliver application support for innovative power quality solutions

What We’re Looking For

- Electrical Engineering background (degree or equivalent).

- Hands-on experience with power factor correction & harmonic mitigation solutions.

- Strong customer-facing skills: analyzing needs & delivering solutions.

- Business-minded: eager to build relationships, grow revenue, and lead people.
