Nino Development is looking to expand our team and are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Superintendent to join us in Atlanta, GA.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong background in Commercial or Mission Critical Projects. You will oversee and manage electrical construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and/or mission-critical projects.
•Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
•Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
•Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on the job site.
•Track project progress, budget, and labor hours, and report any discrepancies or potential delays to the project manager.
•Mentor and train junior electrical team members, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience with a focus on Commercial or Mission Critical Projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, laboratories, etc.).
•In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
•Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining timelines.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project plans.
•OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications preferred.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
