Job Duties:
The Electrical Field Manager will oversee electrical operations and manage field teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards and coordinating projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints. This position should exhibit professionalism, a positive attitude, and technical competence while performing duties. The successful candidate must work diligently to ensure codes and OBR standards are met while the project is completed safely and efficiently. This position may require travel depending on project location with per diem, mileage, and gas reimbursement being offered.
Tasks
•Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local/state electrical regulations to ensure safety in high-voltage environments.
•Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
•Supervisor and manage electrical installations at construction sites, ensuring projects are executed according to design, budget, and timelines.
•Perform electrical inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
•Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment of project objectives.
•Install and repair wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and circuit breakers.
•Test electrical systems using specialized tools and equipment.
•Consistently uphold workplace safety standards, ensuring proper use of PPE at all times.
•Overtime and weekend work will be based on job demands.
•Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
•High school diploma, or equivalent
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical project management, field supervision, or construction-related electrical work.
•Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
•Knowledge of electrical codes and best practices through training, vocational schooling, or apprenticeship program

Prerequisites / Requirements
•Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
•Proof of U.S. Citizenship.
•Score of a 2 or less in a DISA background screen.
•Must complete the AZ Statutes and Rules Training Course and Exam for Contractor Licensing
