As an Electrical Engineer, you will work under the supervision of a Professional Engineer and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of electrical distribution and instrumentation systems. You’ll be a part of a growing team with a strong project backlog and excellent growth prospects.
- Prepare and revise construction drawings for electrical distribution and instrumentation systems.
- Develop one-line diagrams, electrical wiring schematics, MV distribution, and control systems.
- Perform Arc Flash modeling and relay programming (SEL, Multilin preferred).
- Generate technical specifications, electrical calculations, BOMs, and CAD drawings.
- Travel to U.S. client facilities as required.
- Interface with clients, utility companies, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure material compatibility with firm processes and standards.
- Deliver assigned work on time with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Engineering Technology (BSEET).
- Technical training and hands-on experience in CAD (AutoCAD preferred).
- Working knowledge of NEC and API 500 standards.
- Experience with relay protection systems (SEL, Multilin) highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Arc Flash software tools (SKM, ETAP).
- Experience in medium voltage overhead line design is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PE license encouraged, but not required.
