Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer who has firm experience in PDC buildings, E-Houses, and other Electrical Equipment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and experience with various design and analysis tools. This role involves working on innovative projects that require a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This individual will manage all the duties required of the Modular Electrical Systems group to deliver PDC / E-House buildings to market.

must interrelate with a variety of external and internal levels; the ability to listen, show empathy and apply extensive industry and information technology knowledge in a cooperative and meaningful manner is necessary.
may become involved with conflicts and misperceptions that may manifest from time-to-time. Therefore, the Engineer, Procure & Fabricate (Electrical Package) Manager may be called upon to re-establish a delivery team’s work purpose and/or appropriate levels of perception between a client and CANUSA delivery teams. The approach expected can be expressed as the “art of influence” as opposed to the making of arbitrary decisions.
Must be comfortable with the fact that this role has a significant “ad hoc” aspect to it. Therefore strong self-management and time management skills are required.
This position is not considered a computer and information systems expert. However, the fact that much of this role’s work effort is within the context of computer-based systems it is beneficial that the individual responsible for this role have a broad spectrum of knowledge in information associated to the products and electronics CANUSA EPC sells and supports.
