Requirements
•Assist both Service and Install Electricians with various electrical tasks, including rewires, security system setups, lighting installations, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting.
•Support the Electrician in ensuring all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.
•Learn and apply residential electrical installation and service techniques, receiving on-the-job training to enhance your skill set.
•Track and organize materials for each job, ensuring proper documentation for project costing and completion.
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
•Shadow Electricians during customer visits, gaining insight into technical problem-solving and customer service.
•Participate in ongoing training programs to supplement hands-on learning and classroom knowledge.
•Communicate with team members and customers professionally, as directed by the Electrician.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
•Strong interest in becoming a licensed Electrician (EL01/EL02) in Washington state.
•Eagerness to learn residential electrical work and apply electrical code in real-world situations.
