Job Summary

We are looking for a project management professional to join our Federal Energy Solutions (FES) team at Navy Yard Philadelphia.

- This role is responsible for providing project management of complex Electric Transmission or Distribution projects and/or ownership of a Federal Privatization Contract.

- Typically, lower volume and higher financial impact projects such as load projects, circuit or VDOT rearrangements, interconnect projects, substation work, new or expansion, capital upgrade projects, nontraditional work.

- Ensures project results meet requirements and provides timely and accurate information and status updates to management and internal and external customers.

- Responsible for complex scope, cost development, validation and/or Government cost quotes, complex permitting, work plans, and environmental studies.

- Multi-process responsibility for on base activities.

- Active participation in Re-determination negotiations.

- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

TThe knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

- 5-6+ years demonstrated experience in project management, relevant technologies, and in the project area.

- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.

- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.

- Team building skills.

- Effective negotiating skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

- Bachelor

- Preferred Disciplines: Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology
