Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Field Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management and possess strong leadership capabilities to oversee field operations effectively. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a fast paced, high pressure work environment managing projects with budgets ranging up to 5.2 million.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise field staff to ensure project completion within specified timelines

- Utilize construction management software to track progress and update project status

- Implement quality control measures to maintain project standards

- Coordinate with project managers to align field activities with project goals

- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints for accurate on-site execution

- Conduct budgeting and cost control measures for field operations

- Utilize tools like Primavera, ProCore, and HeavyBid for efficient project management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

- Proven experience in construction management, particularly in pipeline projects

- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Familiarity with budgeting processes and quality control standards
