Driver and Shop Hand

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop Hand and Driver. This role involves assisting in the daily operations of our shop, as well as providing transportation of units and supplies as needed. No CDL required. Must be local to Midland TX. 6810 N County Road 1297, Midland,Texas

Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop area

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

- Perform basic maintenance tasks on tools and equipment

- Help with inventory management and stock rotation

- Drive company vehicles to transport units, and equipment to job site

- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles

- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus

- Basic knowledge of working with electrical equipment is a plus. (240/480v)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
