Job Summary

The Driller operates and repairs drilling equipment and provides guidance to work crews. They provide guidance and training for work crew personnel regarding rigging up and rigging down, day-to-day operations and company policies and procedures. The Driller leads operations to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and established procedures by his assigned rig crew. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Job Specific Skills + Operate a computer, Omron Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Pason systems + Exchange accurate information relating to technical and safety performance with vendors, engineering, employees, etc. + Read, learn, and educate on safety and technical manuals Education & Experience

Minimum: 3 - 5 years related experience

High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent is preferred
