The Driller operates and repairs drilling equipment and provides guidance to work crews. They provide guidance and training for work crew personnel regarding rigging up and rigging down, day-to-day operations and company policies and procedures. The Driller leads operations to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and established procedures by his assigned rig crew.

Job Specific Skills

+ Operate a computer, Omron Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Pason systems

+ Exchange accurate information relating to technical and safety performance with vendors, engineering, employees, etc. + Read, learn, and educate on safety and technical manuals

Education & Experience Minimum: 3 - 5 years related experience

High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent is preferred
