SUMMARY

The DP (IT) Engineer (MES) is responsible for maintenance of MES, and for performing system process innovation based on system user's requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, providing system setup, installation and upgrade of MES and software. Will troubleshoot MES/MESOI/MESUI/FMB/Web Systems' problems in a timely and efficient manner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management and maintenance for MES/MESOI/MESUI/FMB/ Web Systems

- Management and maintenance for production monitoring system (mobile alarm, status board, dashboard, efficiency trend and so on)

- Management for system interfaces between MES and other systems as ERP

- Management for system standard information including Label designs

- Monitoring for communication between MES and legacy Systems, and Troubleshooting

- Provides Help Desk support to all MES users related to MES connectivity issues; diagnosing, testing, resolving and escalating.

- Monitoring and taking actions to resolve the issues about MES/PDA/Web Systems

- Troubleshooting about MES system issues

- Deliver support and training to end users in the organization on the use of technology resources.

- Prepares and maintain the documentation about MES changing point and issues

- Providing trainings about MES systems as MESOI/MESUI/FMB, and Web systems to end users

- Co-working with counterparts

- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.

- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- University or post graduate degree in IT related

- Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment

- Strong communication skills in English and Korean to be able to co-work with counterparts in Global/Asia Solutions team and also manage local vendors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Oracle and MYSQL DB

- Experience with system development by HTML5

- Database tuning Experience

- 1+ SQL experience with Oracle SQL - 1+ C# .net development experience - 1+ Python development experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows operating systems

- Experience with DBMS/Middleware management and development

- Certification in related Databases and Programming languages

- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
