Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to market engagement and the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.
Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
•
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
•
Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
•
Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
•
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
•
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
•
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Skills
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
•
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales deals.
•
Experience in business development and understanding of market dynamics.
•
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
•
Ability to conduct warm calling effectively, building rapport with potential customers.
•
Knowledge of technical sales processes is a plus, along with a strong customer service orientation.
•
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced sales environment.
