Your Role:

- Knock on doors and converse with homeowners interested in transitioning to solar energy.

- Assist prospects in uploading their electric bills for a customized solar assessment.

- Schedule Zoom calls with our expert sales representatives to finalize agreements.

Tiered Commission Structure (Based on Average Sale of $8,000):

- 1st Sale: $800 (10%)

- 2nd Sale: $1,440 (18%)

- 3rd Sale: $1,440 (18%)

- 4th Sale: $1,440 (18%)

- 5th Sale and Beyond: $2,000 (25%, locked in at $2,000 per sale once achieved)

What We’re Looking For:

- Outstanding interpersonal and persuasion skills.

- Experience in face-to-face networking or sales (solar industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory).

- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable engaging with local communities.

- Passion for renewable energy and helping others save on energy costs.
