POSITION DETAILS:
•Position will receive Engineering deliverables as they are produced
•Records management, ensuring information is accurate, of quality and aligns with integrity standards
•Will address field and contractor requests for information related to project design and drawings
•Will comply with and follow written site drafting and information management standards
•Will read and correlate data from various sources to ensure data is “single sourced and controlled”
•Ensure drawings/records reviewed meet safe design guidelines
•Participate in site safety programs

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
•(5+) Years' experience in Document/Records Management
•Managing Technical Data/Records is required
•Engineering environment to be included in experience
•Experience in reading engineering and construction drawing, experience in reading P&IDs
•Experience in using an electronic document management system preferred
•Understanding of design code, federal, state and client
•Experience in building and maintaining databases
•Depth of experience using MS Office with proficiency in Excel and ACCESS
•Must be able to lift and carry up to (25) lbs.
•Must be physically able to conduct field trips to engage with personnel and review equipment
•Work schedules may include extended hours
