Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Drees Homes, one of the largest privately-owned homebuilders in the nation, is looking for a Division President with strong leadership skills in the Cleveland, OH area. Our ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm for the industry, has had success leading an operation closing a minimum of 200-300 units per year and $200M+ in revenue, and a strong background in finance and land acquisition. Volume builder experience in the Cleveland market is preferred.
