Under the guidance and supervision of a supervisor and/or mentor: determine working interests and burdens associated with interests based on title analysis; create and maintain revenue decks; maintain joint interest billing decks; ensure the alignment of interests in Well Master, JVA and PRA; support owner relations inquiries for area of responsibility; analyze oil and gas leases to determine the impact specific provisions will have on royalty payments and corresponding Division Order obligations; recognize and develop solutions for non-routine ownership issues and payments.
Has a solid knowledge of own discipline and a broader knowledge of other industry disciplines. Has completed all needed training/courses/workshops/seminars required in level I and is now applying the concepts and skills on the job. Additional training is still needed.
Solid understanding of oil and gas lease forms, payout scenarios, the escheat process. Solidunderstanding of title, types of ownership, conveyance instruments, suspended funds, statutoryregulations/requirements as they relate to revenue and joint interest billing decks.
Typical Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Petroleum Management or Business preferred.
Typical Experience: Recent college graduates or individuals with minimal experience.
Schedule: Hybrid primary remote with the ability to come to the Denver office when needed.
Salary Range: 64,800.00 To 89,250.00 (USD) Annually
