Position Summary
Partner with VP of Finance and SVP of PowerFLX (EPC), on providing financial leadership, support, and guidance for all direct & indirect operations. This position will partner with the business and have full responsibility for PowerFLX Cost Centers, to include (but not limited to) compliance, budgeting, forecasting, & cost management.
Position Responsibilities
•Work alongside the PoweFLX Team, and Department Managers to drive productivity and cost savings
•Develop & maintain a robust management operating system, giving leadership real time feedback on KPI’s
•Review and Interpretation of contracts, understanding requirements to ensure proper adherence to GAAP
•Contract accounting to include Percentage Completion, Revenue Recognition, and Billings
•Responsible for timely monthly and quarterly closing and reporting; analyzing and communicating complex financial information.
•Improve and develop complex finance models and cost performance reports to support decision making
•Create journal entries, perform reconciliations, and prepare management reports.
•Working Capital management including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and capital expenses.
•Support external audit, with timely and accurate information as requested
•Ensure financial controls are in place and are followed, maintaining data integrity.
•Support all budget and forecast efforts, including sales, EBITDA, cash, labor requirements, sales planning, and capital requirements.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area.
•7+ years of experience in financial management, with an Industrial Services or Utility background
•Must exhibit high level of initiative and work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Must have legal authority to permanently work in the U.S.
•Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
•Process improvement experience a plus (i.e., ideally Lean and/or Six Sigma)
•Experience with preparing and presenting financial reports
•Highly analytical and detail oriented.

•Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and properly prioritize workload.
•Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
•Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains Financials a plus
•Proficient in the use of various MS Office Suite programs.
•Knowledge of communication principles and practices.
•Knowledge of principles of business letter writing and report preparation.
•Knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
•Ability to work well and partner with plant operation’s team and Finance Department team members.
•Prior Experience with an ERP roll-out
