Diver / Support Team Member

3t Training Services USA LCC proudly specializes in training Offshore Oil and Gas workers as well as Wind Turbine Generator technicians from around the world in our 16,000 sq. ft. training center located in North Houston near FM 1960 Rd East and the Hardy Toll Road intersection.

We are looking for dependable, reliable, friendly people who currently hold a recognized Open Water SCUBA diving certification (PADI / NAUI / SSI / etc.).

Additionally, this position is required to either already be a certified Lifeguard or be able to become a certified Red Cross Lifeguard. We are also willing to train the right candidate for these courses as needed. During the interview, the candidate must be prepared to complete the American Red Cross Lifeguard Swim Test. You may contact us for the details of the swim test if needed. This is a 100% pre-requisite to be hired.

The primary responsibilities will be to assist with diving operations in our indoor pool to ensure the safety of our customers undertaking the training that 3t Training Services USA LLC provides. Additional responsibilities will include playing a support role to non-water based training courses, as well as assisting in keeping the training area in a professional, clean, and safe operating condition. This would include tasks such as maintaining and preparing equipment for classes as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.

The proper candidate should enjoy being in the water for several hours every day, with a strong commitment to safety and working in a dynamic team atmosphere.
