NTS Amega West is part of the NTS Group who is a global leader in the manufacture and rental of Oil &Gas drilling equipment and downhole tools for vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling. NTS Amega West is also pioneering design improvements for enhanced drilling performance with powder metallurgy and other high end manufacturing techniques. NTS Amega West is based in Houston, Texas and operates facilities in the US and Canada.

DISTRICT MANAGER

Primary Duties

•

Manage the personnel requirements to meet responsible operations in a safe and productive manner.

•

Manage capital requirements of equipment and rental tools to grow and sustain rental fleet including equipment requirements and rental tool forecasting.

•

Manage customer relations to allow for exceptional customer service and market growth.

•

Responsible for execution of the NTS Amega West Quality Management System within the district to ensure efficient process controls and accountabilities to a level that exceeds industry standard and promote continual improvement.

•

Ensure all machining and welding operations are completed timely and within customer expectations for quality and delivery.

•

Manage the NTS Amega West Safety Policies within the district to ensure safe, clean and effective workplace and practices.

Qualifications

•

College degree a plus or 5+ years of relevant work experience, supervisory or management experience required.

•

Candidate is required to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of rental facility operations including operational and financial management experience.

•

Prior experience managing capital requirements of equipment and rental tools and proven track record providing excellent customer service and market growth.

•

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the basics of creating and maintaining a safe work environment.

•

Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.

•

Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
