The District Administrative Support position will provide advanced support handling a wide variety of administrative functions within facility operations – supporting district management and employees through a variety of tasks. These responsibilities may include but not be limited to, processing confidential and time-sensitive company documentation and employee communication for various functional support groups. This role will be familiar with oil field services concepts, practices and procedures and following departmental standard operating procedures to complete tasks. Additionally, this role may handle special projects from management as assigned and will work under limited supervision.
These objectives will be achieved by an experienced, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented administrator who has solid communication, administration, and analytical thinking skills, while also fostering a positive work environment in the operational scope of this growing oil field services company.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•Confirms time worked data is correctly entered into the UKG WFM system including rig hours and non-billable time for payroll.
•Inputs field tickets and time and attendance for all field and shop employees as needed.
•Maintains service tickets, operational support records and create material requisitions for various services and products and directed.
•Performs clerical and administrative support tasks.
•Effectively communicates by phone and email to internal and external customers.
•Responsible for performing office tasks such as distributing, filing and/or maintaining department documents, company data and limited confidential records; processing transactions and other similar duties, such as but not limited to job tickets, billing, invoicing, shipping, and support with personnel documents.
•Supports work procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations with Human Resources, Operations and other departments as required.
•Fosters positive employee relations and be on point when employee issues surface, bringing immediate attention Human Resources when employee needs arise.
•Prepare reports, presentations or correspondence as directed.
•Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards.
•All other duties, as assigned by Axis management.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
•Minimum High School Degree or equivalent; higher level education or administrative certifications a plus.
•Advanced computer skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and database management systems (e.g., Kronos, iScout, ISNetworld).
•Minimum three (3) years demonstrated experience of multi-tasking office administrative responsibilities, including data collection, analysis, ability to evaluate company documents and materials of various sources and able to organize and communicate to appropriate personnel.
•Must have knowledge of oil & gas lines of business including P&A, Wireline, Cementing, Rigs & Trucking.
•Professional integrity, sense of responsibility and accountability and confidentiality.
•Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking.
•Strong communication skills, verbal and written and attentive listener – English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
•Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
•Ability to manage priorities, multiple projects, workflow and meet deadlines.
•Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Ability to clear eligibility on Axis pre-employment requirements.
•Receipt of proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as required by law.
•Salary Range - $22.00 - $26.00 hourly DOE
