Distribution Lineman - Montrose, MN

We anticipate the need for one or more Journeyman Lineman to join our team at our Montrose Service Center in Montrose, MN. The journeyman pay for this position is $60.31 according to "Exhibit A" wage scale.

This position will be posted for 10 Working Days from April 25th, 2025 to May 8th, 2025.

Summary

This position will work as part of an electric line crew operation and perform duties of the lineman classification involving construction, maintenance and emergency repairs of all overhead and underground distribution and transmission systems in Xcel Energy service territory.

The successful candidate will be required to reside within a 20 miles radius of the reporting headquarters.

Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $60.31 per hour
