Dispatcher III

Overview:

The Dispatcher III is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the safe and efficient distribution of materials, equipment, production water, and service work across field operations. This role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and real-time monitoring to ensure seamless communication between field personnel, vendors, and internal teams. Oilfield and transportation management experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities.

- Utilize transportation management systems (e.g., Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, Excel) to assign, track, and record job workflows.

- Maintain effective communication with vendors, field and office operations, and support teams.

- Receive and manage job orders related to industrial/environmental waste, production water, and other service work through phone, email, or dispatch software.

- Maintain constant contact with field personnel, providing updates on job statuses via phone, text, and end-of-day email reporting.

- Create and update a daily log of all ongoing work activities.

- Address and resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure continuous production support.

- Understand vendor expectations and align work accordingly with contract requirements.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, preferably within oilfield operations.

- Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work any assigned shift, including evenings or weekends as needed.

- Effective problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or oilfield-related training is a plus.
