Our Internship positions allow high school/college/trade school students to learn our industry, right where the action takes place. This will be a hands-on experience for students, to learn the industry from the ground up. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the Ready Mix business. This a great opportunity for students with minimal or no mining industry experience to gain first-hand knowledge of a Ready Mix operation.

Position primarily located in Dallas, TX and support a combination of operations in the North Texas areas

Interns will enter an approximately 10-12 week rotational internship program, allowing the individual to learn the Aggregates/Ready Mix business and develop professional skills including leadership, time management, and relationship building. The goal of the Internship program is to provide individuals with hands-on experience in Logistics & Transportation field, and allowing them to explore safety, production, engineering, geology, quality control, sales, administration and so much more. Essential Functions:* Work with customer service and dispatch team to ensure product is being delivered to customers in a timely manner

Qualifications and skills: Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree or trade certification in:* Logistics/Supply Chain

Candidate must also have:* a valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions

Majority of time will be in an office setting and may require periods of work at a plant, in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 90 dbs.
