Director - Program Management

Job Description Summary

The Director - Program Management is responsible for overseeing information management aspects across a portfolio of large-scale engineering and construction projects deploying the GE Vernova Hitachi BWRX-300 small modular reactor. The program manager in this role establishes standards, identifies shared practices, and ensures compliance across multiple simultaneous projects. They will be a resource for the customer, product team, and project information managers during initial project negotiations, setup, and execution.

The base pay range for this position is $128k - $202k. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 3/20/25.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
