The Director of Talent Acquisition will provide strategic leadership in building and maintaining a high-performing workforce. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role is responsible for the marketing of all open positions and the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, timely placements, and effective utilization of resources. They play a crucial role in enhancing and promoting the employer brand to attract top candidates, successfully recruit talent to the organization, building partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations, and championing the KE core values and culture.
Our successful Director of Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in enhancing and promoting the employer brand to attract top candidates, successfully recruit talent to the organization, build partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations, and champion the KE core values and culture.
- Work Collaboratively with multiple levels and disciplines within KE to develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction and acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and drive pipeline strategies in tandem with enterprise-wide strategies, including schools and other community outreach programs. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies.
- Provide thought leadership and consultation to senior leaders on recruiting and sourcing methodologies, philosophy, and related policies, practices, systems, and external partners.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop and report on key talent acquisition metrics. Make informed recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in talent attraction and recruitment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies.

The salary range for this position is $140K - $170K per year, which reflects a good-faith estimate based on market data and internal equity.
