The Director of Project Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project management department. This individual will ensure the successful execution of signage projects from inception to completion, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The Director will lead a team of project managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the project management team.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of signage projects to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and tools.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the architectural signage or related construction industry strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience up to $140,000 per year
