We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Director of Mitigation to join our team. The Director of Mitigation at SERVPRO Team Shaw manages all facets of the Mitigation projects.You will also be responsible for staff development and management and implementation of all company policies and safety procedures. The Director of Mitigation will oversee project activities and service work within the geographic service locations of the Company. The expected schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm with the possibility of evening and weekend work as required to meet company and client deadlines.

The Director of Mitigation is responsible for leading the execution of restoration and mitigation projects with a focus on exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and profitable growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders including property owners, adjusters, and facility managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
