Director of Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations across Miami, Las Vegas, and Bethlehem, PA

plants and distribution centers.

- Production & Fulfillment

Ensure production schedules, work orders, and fulfillment targets are consistently met or exceeded.

- Process Improvement

Implement and refine lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or ISO-based systems for efficiency, safety, and quality.

- Capacity & Growth Planning

Drive capacity planning, facility expansions, and equipment investments to support rapid growth.

- Team Development

Lead, mentor, and coach plant and warehouse managers to build high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with supply chain, procurement, finance, HR, and customer service to align operations with business goals and customer expectations.

- Compliance & Safety

Ensure all facilities meet federal, state, and local compliance requirements, including OSHA, environmental, and safety standards.

- Performance Management

Establish and track KPIs for productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery; provide regular reporting to executive leadership.

- Budget & Cost Control

Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify savings opportunities without compromising quality or service levels.

- Technology & Systems

Champion adoption of new technologies, automation, and ERP/WMS systems to streamline processes and support scalability.
