What You’ll Do:

As Director of Finance & Financial Planning, you will:

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department leaders to deliver accurate financial plans.

- Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide leadership with data-driven insights.

- Oversee financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with GAAP, SEC, and PUC standards.

- Manage cash flow, debt, and capital project accounting to support operational and strategic initiatives.

- Optimize ERP systems, financial tools, and workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy.

- Support regulatory studies, rate case filings, and capital investment projects.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, providing recommendations to drive financial performance.

- Build strong relationships across departments to support company-wide goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution.

- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting leadership.

Certifications & Licenses

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.

- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.

Skills & Abilities

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), advanced Excel, and financial analysis tools.

- Excellent communication skills to partner with executives, board members, and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Experience with utility accounting and regulatory reporting a plus.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
