Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience while driving team performance.
Duties

Oversee daily operations of the customer service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive work environment.
•
Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
•
Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations.
•
Train new staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.
•
Negotiate solutions with customers when necessary to maintain positive relationships.
Skills
•
Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role.
•
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
•
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
•
Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions and improve processes.
•
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers while maintaining professionalism.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
•
Experience in sales is beneficial for understanding customer needs and driving results.
