Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Consulting - Energy and Water at Pilot Energy. The Director will be responsible for leading origination of new and renewal large-scale commercial and industrial consulting relationships. Once you create new energy advisory relationships, you will become the extension of the clients energy management office, working hand-in-hand to develop comprehensive energy purchasing strategies, manage client relationships at various levels in the organization, provide various portfolio reporting, and guide clients through strategic energy initiatives including renewables purchasing, utility bill auditing, water and energy efficiency programs, demand response, and carbon credit purchasing. The role involves daily new business development activities, interactions with clients, analyzing energy industry trends, and providing key clients with white glove service across Pilot Energy's comprehensive offerings.

In addition to originating new business, this role will also lead a small team of energy consulting trainee's, providing pivotal training, development, mentorship, and coaching to ensure that Pilot Energy continues to develop best in class energy advisors to support our long-standing client base.
