We are seeking a driven Director of Business Development with expertise in selling consulting and M&A advisory services to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role offering uncapped earning potential and the flexibility of remote work. The right candidate can earn a mid-six-figure income.
Role Description
As a Director of Business Development, you will drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the mid-market Life Sciences, Financial Services, and industrial sector clients.
Key responsibilities include:
•Prospecting and generating high-quality leads for M&A advisory and consulting services.
•Conducting market research to identify trends and target clients.
•Building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
•Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to showcase our services.
•Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
•Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
This remote role offers the opportunity to work independently, leverage your industry expertise, and earn significant income based on your success. Qualifications
•Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally selling M&A advisory or professional services in Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Industrial markets.
•Strong proficiency with ZoomInfo and HubSpot for lead generation and CRM management.
•Exceptional analytical skills and experience conducting market research.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
•Demonstrated success in lead generation and client relationship management.
•Ability to thrive in a remote, self-directed work environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
