We are seeking a technically strong and strategic Director of Integrated Systems Planning to lead long-term transmission and resource planning, including system development and integrated planning efforts. This role centers on advanced modeling and analysis using tools such as PSSE, PLEXOS, and Aurora to support power flow studies, capacity expansion, production cost modeling, resource adequacy, and load forecasting. In addition to deep technical and analytical responsibilities, the role is also public-facing, requiring strong communication skills to engage effectively with regulators and public service commissions. A background in engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated leadership experience guiding high-performing technical teams.
