Summary:
As the Director, Human Resource Talent Acquisition and Retention you will serve as a strategic leader for the HR function and report to the Chief Human Resource Officer at True Oil LLC. You will oversee and guide the teams responsible for HR business advising and talent acquisition. Your role is to partner with business unit leaders to address complex talent issues, drive innovative talent acquisition strategies, and shape the way HR collaborates with the business to meet strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
•Develop and drive a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract, hire, and retain top industry talent, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring processes that enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
•Partner with business unit leaders to forecast workforce needs and implement proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging data analytics and market insights.
•Oversee employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and diversity hiring programs to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline. Act as the key liaison between HR and business unit leaders, providing strategic advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
•Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring efficient recruitment, screening, KPI’s, and onboarding processes that attract top talent.
Business Advisor:
•Translate complex business needs into actionable HR strategies that align with the overall organizational objectives.
•Advise senior leadership on HR best practices and emerging trends that impact business performance.
•Lead the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.
•Lead critical role assessment review and help implement performance management programs with the business
•Coaching and mentoring business leaders in HR issues and situations.
•Help with organizational design as the business. Develops and grows.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
•7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing talent acquisition and HR business partnerships.
•Strong business acumen and proven experience aligning HR strategies with organizational goals
•Proficiency in leveraging HR technologies and data analytics to drive operational improvements.
•Experience supporting a multi-industry organization, ideally within the oil and gas sector
•Familiarity with ADP HCM.
•Track record of designing and executing successful organizational development and change management programs.
•English language fluency, verbal and written.
•Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
