Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a senior H&S leader, you will shape and drive health and safety strategies on one of Canada's largest underground mining projects. Your work will protect lives, reduce risk, and foster a safety-first culture from design to execution.

This is a site-based role located in British Columbia at the Red Chris Mine. You’ll work in a dynamic, high-performance, project environment involving underground construction, diverse teams, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$149,900 - $214,200 with additional 30% Short term incentive target. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
