This position will be located within Pacific Power service territory, ie Portland, Bend, Albany or Medford
Manage a geographic territory, region, location or cross-functional unit, which has a major impact on corporate, business unit, or organizational objectives. Establish strategic business objectives, strategies, and plans in support of company strategic goals. Manage and allocate financial and employee resources. Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing employees and management of employee salaries. Implement and support company programs and policies. Typically supervises Manager and/or Director level employees.
Establish objectives, develop and execute policy, direct and monitor resources, and ensure regulatory compliance. Recommend and oversee development or implementation of systems, programs, or processes.
Primary Location: Various locations in Oregon: Portland, Bend, Albany or Medford
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 20% of salary
