Job Title: Director, Data Strategy & Analytics

Summary:
The Director, Data Strategy and Analyticsis responsible for the oversight and development of KPIs, business intelligence, analytics and insights supporting Sales, Customer and Field operations across Enercare. Partnering with the various lines of business, the Director of Reporting and Analytics will provide leadership and guidance to understand the business problems, gather requirements and leverage the data to develop the appropriate dashboards, KPIs and analytics to drive value.
The role will also be responsible for partnering with the IT organization to evolve a long-term business data intelligence practice built on a scalable enterprise Data Platform and enable increased self serve reporting and analytics functionality. Proficiency in Data Governance and AI/ML are integral to driving insights for the business.
This role is critical in continuously evolving the enterprise data strategy across the organization and developing new strategies to leverage data to support business decisions and define value adding opportunities for the business.
