X-energy, LLC is looking for professionals to join our Global Business Development team in the role of Director, Customer Relationship Management. This position provides market segment leadership for development of potential customers in industrial markets for X-energy. Directors are expected to identify potential customers, customer requirements and actively engage with them toward becoming qualified customers.

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:
$180,000- $230,000. The compensation for this position is comprised of base salary plus an annual short term incentive which is variable, based on scope of responsibility and achievement of goals.
