Directional Drilling Labourer

Job Title: Support Crew Member – Directional Drilling

Location: 2140 Andrechuk Rd, Glenlea, MB Type: Full-Time Start Time: 6:00 AM (must be able to arrive on time) Salary: Competitive wage, DOE

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated support crew member to join our directional drilling team. This role is primarily labor-focused, involving hands-on tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations on-site, including fiber optic cable installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hand shovelling and assisting with excavation work

- Operating small machinery such as mini plows and supporting equipment

- Towing small trailers and supporting equipment transport

- Supporting fiber optic cable installation, conduit prep, and fiber blowing

- Assisting team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely

- Maintaining a clean and organized work truck and work area

- Taking responsibility for your actions and safety at all times

Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation to 2140 Andrechuk Rd, Glenlea, MB

- Ability to arrive by 6:00 AM daily — punctuality is essential

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to varied tasks

- Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious

- Good work ethic and positive attitude

- Physical fitness and able to perform manual labor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
