- $25-$27 / hr pay range, depending on experience - + $1.44 / hr insurance allotment - + $50 / day per diem - + Company vehicle - + 3% match - Simple IRA - + Semi-annual production bonus potential - + 6 paid holidays - + Annual boot allowance - + Paid hotels while out of town - + Sick time accrual per MI ESTA - If applicable, +$3/hr CDL premium & semi-annual CDL bonus
- Monday through Friday
- Work is throughout lower MI. Home most nights and weekends. No out of state travel.
- Avg 40 hours per week with overtime potential
- Extensive knowledge of directional drilling operations
- Experience with drill set up
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to oversee groups up to 5 employees
- Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and moving of materials
- Use of hand tools such as shovels, saws, etc.
- May be required to work in trenches & manholes
- Responsible for overseeing and hands-on use of VERMEER & DCI directional bore/drill equipment. This is a working foreman position that includes all tasks set by Project Description.
- Assist with construction cleanup as necessary
- Must be safety conscientious and follow safety standards. Able to complete OSHA 10 and Operator Qualifications (OQ)
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to obtain a 1 yr DOT medical card - paid by WMUS
