POSITION SUMMARY


The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key part in driving SEO strategies, website analytics, website development, and lead generation efforts to enhance our digital presence and support business growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist has a strong technical understanding of SEO, data analysis, and conversion optimization, along with experience managing Google Ads, e-commerce strategies, and digital marketing campaigns. This position will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure our digital strategies are aligned with business objectives and lead-generation goals.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Performance:

Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for enhanced visibility and organic traffic.

Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm updates, ensuring best practices are followed.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Website Analytics & Performance Tracking:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.

Generate reports and data-driven insights to optimize website performance and marketing strategies.

Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and user experience (UX/UI).


Website Development & Optimization:

Make basic website updates and optimizations using HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site functionality, mobile responsiveness, and page speed.

Ensure the website is optimized for search engines, user experience, and lead generation.


Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:

Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

Implement and test conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, such as A/B testing and funnel optimization.

Create and optimize landing pages to enhance lead capture and user engagement.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.


Google Ads & Paid Media Management:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Continuously monitor and adjust PPC strategies to maximize ROI and minimize ad spend waste.

Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies and targeting for optimal results.


E-commerce & Digital Sales Optimization:

Support e-commerce initiatives, optimizing product listings, checkout processes, and conversion funnels to drive sales.

Implement SEO strategies for e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

Monitor product performance and customer behavior to enhance online shopping experiences.


Marketing & Sales Support:

Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and insights.

Assist with the development of marketing materials, reports, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaign execution and performance tracking.

Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned.


Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.


Experience:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.

Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and using Google Analytics for performance tracking.

Proven experience in SEO best practices, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

Experience with website management, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO strategies, and landing page optimization.

Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
