Sunflower, a generation and transmission cooperative serving Kansans, is adding to our Training and Talent Development team! We’re looking for a Digital Learning Designer to focus on designing and developing effective training modules using Instructional Design principles and adult learning theories, to support all departments. This role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on a variety of topics, create engaging learning activities, and manage our Learning Management System (LMS)!
- Create effective instructional modules for all Sunflower departments.
- Define learning objectives and develop targeted learning solutions in partnership with Subject Matter Experts.
- Be part of a knowledgeable and driven team, ensuring strategic alignment and supporting continuous improvement.
- Administer and optimize Sunflower’s Learning Management System.

Top Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in instructional design, training, education or a related field and six years’ experience in instructional design and development or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid understanding of Instructional Design Principles and Adult Learning Theory.
