Overview: Job Description Overview: The Digital Content & Brand Manager will lead the development, execution, and management of digital content and brand strategy. This role is responsible for enhancing BWSC’s public image, increasing community engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms. This role will develop, manage and deliver engaging digital content marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple digital media platforms to promote BWSC brand awareness, establish its strong online presence, and raise customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with strong digital marketing skills and a deep understanding of public-sector communications.

Content Strategy & Development:* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with BWSC’s mission, goals, and customer engagement initiatives.
Brand Management & Public Engagement:* Maintain and enhance BWSC’s brand identity across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
Website & Social Media Management:* Oversee BWSC’s website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:* Analyze digital content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and customer engagement data.
Preferred:* Experience working in public utilities, municipal agencies, or government communications.
Knowledge, Ability and Skill: Knowledge: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of online platforms and social media channel, including Facebook, Instagram, X(Twitter), LinkedIn, etc. Proficient in writing, editing and proofreading. Proven experience with content writing and techniques. Strong understanding of digital media platforms like social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Knowledge of trends in social media.Ability: Ability to conduct research on digital content and delivery concepts. Must have a creative and strategic mindset. Able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-pace environment. Ability to adapt to the constant-changing digital world.Skill: Familiarity with digital content management systems, like Hootsuite.
