```Duties```

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shop

- Coordinate tasks

- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues

- Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment, including tractors, trailers, and heavy machinery

- Fabricate and assemble parts as needed

- Operate heavy equipment such as Caterpillar and John Deere machinery

- Align and adjust equipment components for optimal performance

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory

```Skills```

- Experience working in a dealership or similar environment preferred

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

- Knowledge of tandem dump truck/trailer systems and components

- Ability to fabricate and assemble parts accurately

- Competent in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers or excavators

- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks

- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose equipment issues

- Familiarity with Caterpillar and John Deere machinery is a plus

-Experience in welding and fabrication

-Multi tasker and works well under pressure at times

-Has a positive attitude, self-motivated, and is reliable.

-Class A. CDL for test driving purposes is preferred, but not required.
