Job Overview:

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Foreman to join our Valued Clients team at Prince George, British Columbia, with travel to other project locations across North America. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to leadership, excellence, and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of drilling or field crews.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site regulations, and operational standards.

- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams.

- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

- Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, safety documentation, and progress updates.

- Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in drilling, construction, or industrial field operations.

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage crews effectively.

- Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Physically fit and capable of working in remote or challenging environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in diamond drilling or resource sector projects.

- Mechanical or technical trade background.

- Valid certifications such as First Aid, WHMIS, H2S Alive, or other relevant tickets.

- Experience with remote camp-based operations.

Work Environment:

- Remote camp-based work in varied and often harsh weather conditions.

- Outdoor work requiring physical stamina and use of heavy equipment.

- Fast-paced environment requiring leadership under pressure and flexibility in scheduling.
