Overview
We are a custom metal fabricator seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional communication between clients and our internal teams. As an Account Manager / Project Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the project lifecycle from inquiry to final delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. A background in mechanics or product design is considered an asset, and candidates must be open to making cold calls when necessary.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills and a passion for analyzing market trends to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage client accounts and maintain excellent communication throughout projects
•Conduct site visits to gather measurements and project details as needed
•Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and estimates based on project requirements
•Produce detailed fabrication drawings (DWG, SAT, STEP, etc.) using SolidWorks
•Generate accurate BOMs and technical files for production
•Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and fabricators to ensure smooth project execution
•Support business development and identify market trends to help drive sales growth
•Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
•Attention to detail and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
•Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
•Experience preparing fabrication quotes and estimates (an asset)
•Willingness to conduct site visits when required
•A background in mechanics or product design (an asset)
•Leadership abilities and a passion for improving business processes and sales outcomes

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,477.63 per year
