As a Design Assistant, you are responsible for providing sales and service support to the new home customers while providing administrative support to the Design Consultant.

Responsibilities
•Work with sales team to arrange for design center reselects
•Preview potential home purchases through the Design Center
•Ensure professionalism and cleanliness of the Design Center
•Generate design packages and color selection worksheets for construction
•Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
•Obtain price quotes and get product/service estimates for non-priced/non-standard client design requests
•Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
•Diploma or degree in Interior Design
•1-2 years of interior design experience
•Strong sense of social perceptiveness or emotional intelligence
•Professional & passionate for excellence in customer service
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
