Depot Manager - South Texas

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Ability to employ effective communication that is compatible to various audiences and different levels of management.

2) Ability to deal with ambiguity and possess a firm and consistent approach in operations efficiencies research methods in order to acquire reliable and accurate data.

3) Ability to direct current processes in a skillful and questionable manner in order to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in relation to ongoing operations

4) Possess a basic understanding of Accounting in relation to the treatment of Assets, Inventory, Revenues and Expenses.

5) Demonstrate the aptitude in applying operations knowledge in a financial perspective.

6) Display team building skills by creating a productive working environment and an appreciation for diversity in skills and knowledge of other team members.

7) Ability to perform presentations to display research and findings in relation to the business.

8) Responsible for the development and execution of long and short term goals, strategies and policies.

9) Assess and communicate present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities.

10) Review and appraise the performance of the business unit and its employees and take appropriate action to resolve.
